Legal Secretary Apprentice – Family
Nockolds Solicitors are a progressive, award winning, leading regional Law Firm with offices in Bishop's Stortford and London. Due to our continued expansion we are now looking to recruit an Apprentice for our Family team based in our Bishop's Stortford office.
The role will provide general support to the team and the duties will include data inputting, post-completion tasks including the archiving of files, communicating with all relevant parties by telephone, email and letters, file progression, and dealing with other general enquiries. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of all clients' documentation as well as carrying out the departmental client care policy.
You must have excellent communication and IT skills, attention to detail and a professional telephone manner. This role would suit either a school leaver or someone wanting to start their career in the legal profession. In return we will offer full on the job training plus external training for a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
