£25,480 – £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

What You'll Do
* Hand print solder paste and hand place electronic components
* Solder thru-hole components to a high standard
* Inspect and verify assembled products to ensure quality and compliance
* Interpret technical documents and specifications
* Support production and quality processes through effective problem-solving
* Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and customers
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience working with PCBs
* Confident in both hand placement and soldering techniques
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good computer literacy and ability to interpret technical data
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
