Join JACK & JONES as a Supervisor in Newcastle, working within the Store Management team to drive an outstanding in‑store experience for customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
* Work in partnership with the Store Management team.
* Act as a role model and create a positive atmosphere in the store.
* Analyse daily sales figures and make appropriate commercial decisions.
* Drive personal and team growth, ensuring delivery on KPI’s, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising and operations.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience as a Senior Sales Assistant or Supervisor in retail.
* Excellent communication and social skills.
* Passion for the product and the brand.
* Strong ownership mindset.
* Commercial focus and ability to drive results.
* Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
