ZEST Dental Recruitment is working in partnership with a modern, well-established independent dental practice in Bracknell to recruit an experienced Dental Practice Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic practice offering a broad range of NHS and private treatments, including general dentistry, implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and facial aesthetics. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in the continued growth and success of this busy, multi-disciplinary practice.

Dental Practice Manager – Role Overview
* Full-time, permanent opportunity
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy, multi-surgery practice
* Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements
* Oversee staff management, HR procedures, and team development
* Deliver a first-class patient journey across both NHS and private services
* Drive operational efficiency and business performance
* Collaborate with clinicians, support staff, and front-of-house teams
* Play a key role in marketing and promoting private treatments
About You
* Experienced Dental Practice Manager or healthcare practice manager
* CQC Registered Manager or eligible
* Commercially focused with proven leadership experience
* Strong HR knowledge and staff management skills
* Excellent communicator and team motivator
* Candidates from an optical or medical management background will also be considered if they meet the above criteria
