Fuel your passion As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work at the heart of our operations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve manufacturing processes and ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution across our product lines. You will provide technical guidance to workshop and production teams, troubleshoot issues on the shop floor, and drive improvements that enhance cycle times, reliability, and productivity. You will take ownership of process optimization, quality performance, and HS&E compliance while supporting the introduction of new tools, methods, and technologies. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for: Identifying inspection features for rental tooling and updating or creating ITPs as required. Providing survey dispositions after inspections to support refurbishment activities. Delivering technical support and guidance to the workshop to ensure effective project execution. Monitoring manufacturing cycle times and recommending improvements and action plans. Defining appropriate test equipment for work scopes and coordinating with the tooling team to bring tools into maintenance. Leading by example to achieve the highest standards in HSE and Quality performance. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align deliverables and share lessons learned. Working closely with the shop floor to define and improve manufacturing tasks, including lifting operations, testing, assembly, and disassembly methods. To be successful in this role you will have: Required Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably aftermarket and repair solutions). Strong problem‑solving, process improvement, and analytical skills. Ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written, reporting, and communication skills. Shop floor experience or understanding of activities such as assembly/disassembly and pressure testing of large assemblies or schematics. Product knowledge of Subsea Rental Tooling. Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently.
