What you'll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. The ideal candidate possesses excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills and is proficient in audio-typing. An understanding of medical terminology is essential, along with a passion for delivering a high-quality service to the hospital. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload are key, as is a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. The candidate must be a team player who values confidentiality and demonstrates a high level of integrity. Experience in administrative, customer service, clinical, or similar roles is important, particularly within a team environment where shared responsibilities ensure smooth departmental operations. While much of the work follows established procedures, the role also requires adaptability and problem-solving, especially when interacting with patients and their families. Overall, the candidate should be dedicated to making a real and lasting difference for everyone they support.
