We're looking for a hard-working and reliable Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter to join our back-of-house team. You'll play a vital role in supporting our chefs and keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised — so that great food gets out to happy customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Keeping kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas clean and tidy.
Assisting with basic food prep (peeling, chopping, etc.) if needed.
Unpacking and storing deliveries correctly.
Disposing of waste safely and hygienically.
Supporting the chefs and kitchen team with daily tasks.
Who You Are:
Hard-working with a can-do attitude.
Able to work quickly and efficiently as part of a team.
Physically fit – this is a fast-paced, active role.
Aware of basic food hygiene and safety (training provided if needed).
Previous kitchen experience is helpful, but not required.
