Your new role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality cost consultancy services on major capital projects, many exceeding £200m in value. Based in Belfast, you will work across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage planning and cost advice through to post-contract delivery and project will provide expert advice on capital and whole-life costs, lead commercial delivery, and support sustainable, low-carbon outcomes. The role offers close collaboration with senior leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and public and private sector clients.
