Roselands Resourcing is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Advisor in the Gatwick area. Reporting into the Head of HR, this is a pivotal role where no 2 days are the same.
As an HR Advisor, you will strengthen employee relations, lead transformative change initiatives and enhance HR processes to align with our business goals whilst creating a high-performing, inclusive and engaged workplace that fosters continuous improvement and employee wellbeing.
HR Advisor duties:
* Partner with managers to enhance team capabilities, address challenges, and improve performance.
* Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes.
* Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent.
* Support the performance management cycle, including appraisals and development planning.
* Identify training needs and promote initiatives that enhance capability.
* Analyse and report on key people metrics to identify trends and inform strategic planning.
* Lead wellbeing initiatives.
* Develop and implement people policies that align with legislation and best practises.
HR Advisor Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR advisory roles
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience preferred
* Experience in dealing with complex ER cases
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience leading or supporting organisational change initiatives
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and present HR metrics
