Join Our Finance Team as a Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst
We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our finance team at our Thame Head Office. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a finance role and a passion for reporting analysis.
This role involves supporting Business Partners by providing financial insights, accurate forecasting, and key reporting. Responsibilities include generating financial reports, analysing variances, and delivering insights.
We are not expecting the finished article; if you have the drive and motivation to learn and develop your financial expertise, we would love to hear from you. Training will be provided, including support towards CIMA or ACCA qualifications.

Salary:
Up to £40K DOE
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly accounts, variance analysis, and KPIs.
2. Support group-level reporting and respond to parent company inquiries.
3. Assist in quarterly and annual financial statement preparation.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
5. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency improvements.
6. Translate complex financial data into compelling insights to support strategic decisions.
7. Produce board-level reports, summarising key financial insights.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Finance BTEC degree or AAT qualification.
* Strong communication skills, capable of translating financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
* Ability to present insights clearly, engagingly, and actionably.
* Advanced Excel skills.
Full support will be provided towards CIMA or ACCA qualifications.
