Criminal Solicitor (Proceeds of Crime) – 4+ PQE – Merseyside – circa £65,000 (DOE). This role is an opportunity to join a specialist prosecution environment managing complex and high‑profile proceeds of crime cases with significant investigative and strategic input.
Overview
* Advise on complex proceeds of crime matters including asset restraint, confiscation, and enforcement linked to serious criminal activity.
* Analyse large volumes of evidence and work closely with investigators at an early stage to shape case strategy.
* Manage cases throughout the prosecution process, including making charging decisions, preparing legal documents, and providing guidance on disclosure and evidential matters.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE and strong criminal law experience.
* Experience in proceeds of crime, asset recovery or financial investigations is highly advantageous.
