Our team represents individuals affected by serious occupational illnesses, including NIHL, HAVS, occupational asthma, WRULD, stress-related conditions and other complex disease claims. The role You’ll manage a varied, high‑value Multi Track caseload from initial instruction through to trial, developing strategy, investigating complex evidence and litigating confidently. As a senior lawyer in the team, you’ll also play a key part in supervising and supporting colleagues. You’ll provide technical guidance, help shape case strategies, and contribute to maintaining best practice across the team. While this isn’t a formal line management role, your expertise, mentorship and collaborative style will help others grow — and strengthen the team as a whole.
