BMW Aftersales Contact Centre – Customer Advisor

Location: Berry BMW Chiswick

Employment Type: Full-Time Mon-Fri Saturday mornings as overtime

Salary: £25, Bonus OTE £32,000+ Excellent Benefits

This is your chance to represent one of the most respected automotive brands in the world, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care, precision, and efficiency.

The Role:

As an Aftersales Customer Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued BMW and MINI customers regarding their service, maintenance, and repair needs. You'll manage bookings, provide updates, and ensure a seamless experience from enquiry to post-service follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls relating to service, MOT, and repair bookings
* Advise customers on service intervals, recalls, and workshop availability
* Coordinate with service departments to confirm appointments and updates
* Accurately input customer and vehicle details into booking systems
* Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
* Maintain BMW's high standards of professionalism and service in every interaction
* Support service retention campaigns and aftersales promotions

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or dealership role
* Exceptional communication and listening skills
* A calm, confident, and friendly telephone manner
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Basic knowledge of automotive services or aftersales processes is beneficial
* Proficiency with CRM or dealership management systems (advantageous)
* A passion for delivering premium customer experiences
