The Role
As Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the finance function and play a pivotal part in building a robust financial framework that supports rapid expansion. Key responsibilities include:
1. Full preparation of management accounts, including consolidation across ~20 legal entities
2. Introducing and embedding a structured month-end close process
3. Ownership and ongoing development of the finance system
4. Leading on the annual audit and coordinating tax return preparation
5. Producing weekly flash reporting for senior leadership
6. Managing currency hedging activities
7. Driving automation of finance processes and efficiency improvements
