This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and proactive Property Manager to join a reputable independent agency in Pinner. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in residential property management, a customer-focused approach, and strong problem-solving abilities.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring all maintenance, compliance, and tenant matters are handled efficiently and professionally.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Managing a portfolio of residential properties
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues
* Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and safety standards
* Organising and overseeing property maintenance and repairs
* Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
* Handling tenancy renewals, deposits, and check-in/check-out processes
* Managing rent arrears and coordinating with the accounts team
* Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional relationships
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

* Proven experience in residential property management
* Excellent understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Effective problem-solving and decision-making ability
* High level of customer service and communication skills
* Professional, calm, and confident under pressure
* Knowledge of the Pinner area advantageous
* Full UK driving licence preferred
