Qualifications and attributes

* Experience across development, testing, quality assurance, business analysis, and project management in IT/consulting settings.
* Ability to work effectively in a small, client-focused software company and to adapt to remote or hybrid working.
* Experience mentoring and coaching, and a willingness to engage in personal and team development.
* Comfort with a breadth-based approach that sees breadth as a strength and enables connections across disciplines to deliver client value.
