Job summary
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join the team of Medical Secretaries working in a busy GP Practice. This role is primarily based in Hull, but with an expectation that the successful candidate will sometimes be required to attend the Hornsea site.
The successful candidate will be part of a team offering secretarial and admin support for 16000 patients. The workload is demanding and the successful candidate will need to enjoy a fast-paced environment, think on their feet and be flexible for office cover. The role requires someone with a keen eye for detail and proficient use of IT packages covering the Microsoft Office suite and clinical systems.

As part of the Symphonie PCN in Hull and the Yorkshire Coast and Wolds PCN in East Yorkshire, we are a forward thinking organisation striving to provide high quality patient care.
The team is led by 9 GP-partners, supported by Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Nurse-Prescribers, Long-term Conditions Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
The clinical team is supported by well-trained Care Navigators and Administrators. The Hornsea and Aldbrough sites have in-house dispensaries.
