* Remaining up to date on legislation and best practice in relation to cleaning, catering and security services.
* To mobilise and implement any revisions to cleaning, catering and security standards, including supporting the commercial department to ensure all changes are costed in accordance with the contract.
* Conduct regular auditing of cleaning, catering and security standards against the contractual service delivery model.
* Produce and disseminate reports on cleaning, catering and security performance.
* Present best practice and deliver specific training/toolbox talks to internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain communication structures with the wider team and client, ensuring relevant service and delivery information is disseminated in support of commercially aware and intelligent service delivery.
* Manage the services in strict accordance with the corporate QSHE Policy directives to ensure a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly working environment for all employees. This includes the development of RAMS.
* Continually review working practices to identify improvements.
* Be aware of the business continuity plan for the part of the business you work in.
Proven track record delivering cleaning, catering and security services across multiple client sites.
* Excellent understanding and delivery of BICS.
* Catering experience delivery at multiple sites.
* SIA management licenced desired.
* Must be commercially aware of catering P&L.
* Experience in dealing with sub-contractor and supply chain(s).
* Understands and applies appropriate employee legislation, safety, health and environment regulations.

* An innovative approach and sound leadership qualities.
* A professionally recognised H&S qualification - IOSH managing safely or NEBOSH Gen.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* IT literate. Ability to utilise numerous IT packages (e.g. Word, E-Mail & Excel).
* Must be willing to go through security vetting.
