Company Description
Health Integration Partners Ltd are a niche clinically led healthcare consultancy. We are passionate about people receiving the best possible care and believe that joining up different parts of the care delivery process is better for everyone:
those who receive care; those who deliver care; commissioners and the public purse.
As a team, we have worked in more than 75 health and care settings, with multiple organisations, delivering integration, transformation, resilience, and sustainability, as well as supporting the development of over 250 PCNs nationally. Our work spans General Practice, PCNs, ICPs and ICSs – we understand their interdependency and connectedness.
We specialise in assisting health and care systems in innovating models of care and care pathways to facilitate the delivery of truly integrated care, coupled with improved demand management. Our expertise spans the entire transformation journey, from strategy and design to planning, implementation and sustainable change.
Our track record includes effective collaboration with clinicians and professionals at all levels within the NHS, Local Government, and the voluntary sector.
The team brings extensive expertise in end-to-end whole systems transformation across all healthcare settings and in Local Government and the voluntary sector. We bring the required level of seniority and gravitas to engage with stakeholders at all levels and are well recognised for our ability to engage and create ownership with senior managers, frontline clinicians and professionals. The team brings a coherent structure and methodology combined with a personable, flexible and practical approach that ensures engagement, confidence and trust from the outset. The team's values include being patient centred, ethical and 'going the extra mile'.
