The Role
The Production Manager is responsible for aiding the Factory Manager with the running of the factory. They will also play a key role with regards to the management and training of staff.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day production of products and ensure production targets are met.
Monitor product standards and having a sound knowledge of the quality control programmes implemented.
Ensure line efficiencies are measured and recorded and that any downtime and the reasons for it are accurately logged.
