The IT Apprentice position reports to the Senior Manager IT End User Support & Services - EMEA Region and is part of the IT team located in Newcastle and will be an on-site role. Roles and Responsibilities: - 1st/2nd line support driving results towards shared KPIs. - Configuration and issue resolution of hardware devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobiles. - Configuration and issue resolution of software including Office 365 and Windows 11. - IT Procurement - Onboarding/Offboarding - Configuration of technical IT KB documents to support the global team and our customers. Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Understanding of Microsoft OS's and Office 365 - Driven to develop skills and experience - Excellent problem solving - A level IT required - IT degree preferred Join our winning team today.
