Konker Group is hiring a Senior, Associate, or Principal Landscape Architect for a forward-thinking consultancy in Cardiff.
This is a great opportunity to join a business that delivers award-winning landscape, green infrastructure, and public realm projects across the UK.
The practice is employee-owned, with around 25 employees across Cardiff and Bristol.
You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, long-term growth, and high-quality, meaningful work.
* Leading or supporting a variety of landscape projects from early-stage design to delivery
* Working on public realm improvements, streetscapes, and regeneration masterplans
* Contributing to a collaborative, multi-disciplinary studio environment
* Helping develop team capability and design direction
Location: Cardiff
* Experience delivering landscape architecture projects in a consultancy or similar setting
* Comfortable across design and technical stages
* Ability to lead discussions with clients, local authorities, and communities
* Excellent design, communication, and coordination skills
