Executive Business Coordinator – Adults & Health
We have an exciting opportunity for a 22hr part-time Executive Business Coordinator role within Adults & Health providing a comprehensive, high quality and confidential business support function to the Director.
You will act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence / phone calls and fielding requests and queries appropriately, provide effective email and diary management, support strategic level boards/partnerships/meetings, collate information and prepare high level reports, organise events and conferences, design and promote continuous improvement ensuing efficient and effective systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of providing business support at a strategic/senior level and be knowledgeable in a range of business support tasks and be computer literate in all MS office products.
Key skills include discretion and trustworthiness, flexibility and adaptability, good oral and written communication skills, organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, ability to be proactive and take initiative and detail orientated.
