When you join Your Trust as a Fitness Manager, you will be part of a charity based in Rochdale that aims to support every member of our diverse community to live their best life; inspiring them to be healthier, happier, and more creative.

* Salary: Band 3, £25,040 - £28,252 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
* Hours: 37 hours per week
* Location: Rochdale Leisure Centre
What will my role be as a Fitness Coach?
The purpose of the job is to provide a professional, efficient, and high-quality service to customers of Your Trust. This includes leading, developing, and managing all aspects of our fitness suites and studio spaces to enhance member experience, deliver inductions, programmes, reviews, and studio-based group exercise classes, adhering to Your Trust brand standards, and increasing and maintaining the fitness membership base.
What do I need to have?
* Qualified to Level 2/3 or equivalent in a relevant subject
* Experience working in a customer-facing, target-driven environment with a proven record of achieving results
* Experience of working in a gym environment
* Hold REPS Level 3 or equivalent
* Hold First Aid at Work Certificate or demonstrate commitment and ability to achieve within 3-6 months
* Ability to use own initiative and think commercially to support the development of the service
* Knowledge of delivering new membership sales and developing lead generation plans
* Confidence and ability to teach high-quality group exercise classes
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management skills
