We are recruiting for an HR Analyst for a leading Aerospace organisation based in Broughton.
The first 4 weeks will be on site, after which the role will involve 3 days on site and 2 days working from home.
Role Overview
To work as part of a team responsible for data analysis and processing of a broad range of personnel administration transactions received from internal stakeholders, while adhering to Service Level Agreements.
To provide customer-focused support to UK-based colleagues via telephone and email on personnel administration matters.
To support the daily operations of payroll processing, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Key Accountabilities
1. Analysis and approval of personnel administration changes via the Workday system, including:
* External Recruits
* Internal Recruits
* Termination
* Change Job (Location, Working Time, Contract)
* Organisational Changes
* Personal Details Changes
* Leave of Absence (Maternity, Adoption, Sabbatical)
* International Mobility (Transfer, Secondment)
1. Monitoring the interface between Workday and SAP systems.
2. Processing personnel changes via the Interface Monitoring Tool into SAP.
3. Manual SAP processing for changes that cannot be processed automatically.
4. Supporting testing and implementation of improvements to the Workday system.
5. Handling queries via email and telephone.

* Experience with SAP payroll systems is preferred.

* Experience working in a busy office environment with diverse administrative duties.
* Proficiency in Google Applications.
* Proven customer service skills, both verbal and written.
This is an umbrella contract role, inside IR35.
