Chief Operating Officer (COO)
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will ensure the company executes its strategy efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high-performance culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee Daily Operations: Direct and control day‑to‑day activities across Operations, HR, IT, and core business functions.
* Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency.
* Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate key operational risks to ensure compliance and continuity.
* Strategy Implementation: Translate the CEO’s long‑term vision into actionable operational plans and departmental targets.
* Performance Monitoring: Establish, track, and analyze KPIs, reporting insights to the CEO and recommending corrective actions.
* Growth & Scalability: Lead initiatives that build infrastructure, technology, and structure to support sustainable growth.
* Budget Oversight: Collaborate with CFO to manage the operating budget, control expenses, and improve cost efficiency.
* Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate personnel, technology, and capital to support strategic projects.
* Leadership Mentorship: Mentor senior management, fostering accountability and professional development.
* Culture Champion: Advocate for core values, enhancing employee engagement and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in scaling operations.
* Proven track record in operational efficiency, cross‑departmental management, and process improvement.
* Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
* Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor large teams.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Executive Leadership) are highly beneficial.
