We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to manage and grow our business with Co-Op and Waitrose. This role will be responsible for delivering profitable growth through strong customer relationships, effective joint business planning and best-in-class execution across range, promotions, marketing and availability. You will be the primary point of contact for both retailers, owning the day-to-day relationship, whilst identifying new opportunities to expand distribution and drive brand visibility in store. Key Responsibilities
* Generating and utilizing data-led insights to prioritise category, channel and customer opportunities and plans.
* Building effective growth strategies with customers: Through alignment to our category vision, implementing revenue growth management levers (pricing, trade terms, promotional investment, mix management, Pack Price Architecture) and a vision for the point of buying.
* Planning and Executional Excellence: Through leading the JBP, forecasting and monitoring of performance, and great execution of our plans at the point of buying (online and offline).
* Best in Class Customer Leadership: Through selling and influencing, negotiating and joint business planning.
* Can sell and negotiate effectively to deliver solutions and results that work for both parties.
* Able to translate customer needs and broader trends to identify growth opportunities and build aligned solutions for mutual benefit.
