*The Role:*
You'll be the Manager's right-hand person, keeping our after-school clubs running like clockwork. From leading a brilliant team to dreaming up activities that kids actually _want_ to do, you'll be the heartbeat of the club.
*The Logistics:*
* *Term Time Only:* 26.25 hours/week (7.30 am-9.00 am and 2:45 pm – 6:30 pm, Mon–Fri).
* *OR Year-Round:* Keep your hours in term time, and switch to 8–8.5 hour shifts (between 8:15 am – 5:45 pm) during the school holidays.
*What you bring to the table:*
* *The Credentials:* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Childcare.
* *The Brains:* Great knowledge of the EYFS and a knack for staying organised.
* *The Spirit:* Previous leadership experience and a "can-do" energy that fits our fun, fast-paced vibe.
* *The Bonus Points:* First Aid or Safeguarding training? Even better!
