This is a part time, permanent position working between 13 and 19.5 hours per week. The main duties of an Assistant Housing Officer are:- * Being the first point of contact for residents * Arranging appointments * Liaising with local authorities * Processing terminations * Raising repair orders and processing invoices * Updating and maintaining data systems and other records * General admin support The ideal candidate will have experience in the social housing sector and the above experience.
