Fabricator / Welder - £17-£19ph Fabricator Welder Supervisor - £22ph Location: Hampshire Shift Pattern: Days We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of components using a variety of techniques and materials, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in a workshop environment. Key Responsibilities Fabricate components from stainless steel and mild steel sheet and sections. Carry out welding using MIG, TIG, and Manual Metal Arc. Accurately interpret technical drawings and manufacture components accordingly. Follow written instructions and standard manufacturing procedures. Work closely with fellow fabricators, welders, and other team members to ensure production targets are met efficiently. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in accordance with workshop standards. Operate a range of tools and machinery including guillotines, brake presses, rolls, and various hand tools. Liaise with supervisors and stores personnel to ensure timely availability of materials. Skills & Experience Strong background in welding and fabrication, with experience in marking out, cutting, squaring, and bending materials. Skilled in the use of fabrication equipment and machinery. Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and safety. Qualifications Minimum of City & Guilds, BTEC First Certificate, or NVQ Level 2 in Welding & Fabrication or a related field.
