Senior Commercial Solicitor

This is an exciting role for an experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join a growing and forward-thinking commercial technology team advising an impressive and varied client base, ranging from innovative start-ups to well-established UK and international businesses.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of non-contentious commercial and technology matters, including:
* Commercial contracts and IP licensing
* Data protection, privacy and DPAs
* SaaS, PaaS and IaaS arrangements
* Cloud computing and technology agreements
* Web terms and conditions and development agreements
* IoT-related matters
* Supporting corporate transactions, including the commercial aspects of business sales and acquisitions
The work is varied, high quality, and often cross-border, offering excellent exposure to complex and commercially interesting matters.
You will manage your own caseload with autonomy, taking matters forward confidently while working collaboratively within a fast-paced team. Attention to detail, strong technical ability, and a practical, commercial approach to problem-solving are essential.
About You
* A senior solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
* Strong technical grounding in commercial and technology law
* Comfortable advising clients directly and working to tight deadlines
* Commercially minded, with the ability to structure transactions to achieve the best outcomes for clients
* Enthusiastic, ambitious, and keen to make a positive impact within a growing team
* Interested in contributing to business development and the future direction of the practice
