Your Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating with global CTS stakeholders to lead, facilitate, and drive completion of projects and/or processes for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Utilize appropriate tools (e.g., Uptimize, Domo) to analyze trends, quality metrics and other data to identify quality and compliance gaps/risks.
* Lead and/or participate in quality improvement project teams.
* Assess current processes and analyze quality metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Work with cross-functional teams to implement new ways of working to improve quality and compliance.
* Provide support for regulatory inspections.
* Lead and/or participate in trend or other critical impact investigations.
* Lead projects related to mitigation of risks highlighted on the Risk Register.
Qualifications
* Must have: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in science or technical area.
* Previous experience in quality assurance or applicable technical role.
Nice To Have
* Certification in quality engineering, quality improvement, and/or six sigma.
* GMP/GLP experience.
