The role will provide technical support and guidance focusing strongly on quality control and analysis, working as a technical support function to the track engineering team with responsibilities including surveys, design, and technical maintenance for approximately 56 route km of P-Way.
You will require a Level 3 qualification/apprenticeship or an equivalent professional qualification within a Track Engineering discipline. While leadership is expected, this role also offers development opportunities. Specific knowledge and experience in Track Maintenance are not essential, but experience in a related engineering discipline is critical. If you enjoy challenges, learning, and leading by example, then this role could be suitable for you.
A full current UK driving licence is essential.
