Due to company growth, a high-energy and forward-thinking organisation are seeking a Sales Trainer to join their Sales Training Academy in Bolton. Reporting into the Academy Manager, you will support in developing and managing a comprehensive Sales Academy Programme that equips their newly hired salesforce with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to succeed and excel in their roles. As Sales Trainer you will: Assist in delivering continuous blended learning approaches, including coaching, feedback, workshops, and performance reviews. Promote digital learning to embed skills and knowledge. Analyse individual and team performance trends to identify coaching focus areas across different development stages. Produce, analyse and present performance reports MI and Academy updates. The ideal Sales Trainer will have the following skills and experience: A sales background. Experience of working in a training and development position is ideal, however, developing and coaching sales people and the flair and expertise to coach, develop and motivate at all levels is crucial. Excellent communication skills is a given, as is strong problem-solving skills. An engaging, energetic individual who knows what behaviours are required to be successful will put you in good stead maybe youve successfully run a sales team before?
