The Role Youll take the commercial lead across a range of p lanned maintenance programmes, including: End-to-end cost control across planned works, such as internal refurbishments, roofing, windows, external upgrades, kitchen and bathrooms replacements Producing cost plans, valuations, forecasts, final accounts, and procurement support Working closely with contractors and external stakeholders Providing accurate commercial reporting to support strategic decision-making About You Proven experience within social housing, planned works.
