The Role:
You will be a highly organised and detail focused Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years' experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will have good knowledge of production, logistics and finance.
Responsibilities:
1. Record and update client products and landing data
2. Manage catch and health certificates
3. Update product prices and stock movements
4. Prepare pick lists for production and containers
5. Arrange transport for deliveries and collections
6. Handle purchase ledger, invoices, and payments
7. Process month-end journals and wage recharges
8. Answer phones and provide general admin support
Essential requirements:
9. Previous experience in administration and accounts
10. Strong attention to detail
11. Confident with data entry and computer systems
12. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
13. Excellent communication skills
14. Experience with EFACS, Power BI, or purchase ledger is desirable but not essential
Hours of work: Fulltime Mon - Fri
Salary: £29,640 per annum
