Job Purpose:
The role of a Technical Bureau Specification Operator is to manage the specification and compliance settings for all refrigerated cases and cold rooms within the client estate. The role will be responsible for managing all compliance related set up on the RDM Data Manager and for the verification of new and refits sites within the estate.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Reset each Data Manager in estate to ensure compliance for all alarm routing and traffic in line with current guidelines.
* Reset each individual controller within the estate.
* Ensure it meets with current manufacturers specification and client settings
* Ensure all other compliance settings are set as outlined by current guidance
Role Requirements:
* PC literate with experience working with all Microsoft packages
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong planning, organising and prioritisation skills
* The ability to multitask using multiple software programmes simultaneously
* Willingness to take on overtime to assist the operations of the Bureau, in particular peak trading through summer months and Christmas etc
* Trustworthy individual with good communication skills and experience within the customer service sector
