You are an experienced internet obsessive that lives and breathes digital culture. You bring a deep understanding of how to craft content and grow channels to attract audiences on a huge scale.
You will be a key pillar in our world-leading social media team; responsible for maximising Red Bull’s online reach in the UK. You will develop creative and innovative ideas that drive viewership and engagement with millions of users every single day.
The performance you will deliver is crucial to Red Bull winning the hearts and minds of UK consumers, encouraging them to make Red Bull their energy drink of choice. You will power the growth of Red Bull UK (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Strava, Whatsapp, Spotify), our genre-focused channel mix in UK rap and UK gaming culture (Red Bull GMT & Red Bull Gaming Sphere) plus any new channels you wish to launch.
You are confident working on a range of platforms, with a deep understanding of internet culture, social media analytics and how to go viral. You are as comfortable presenting a strategic vision to senior stakeholders, as you are producing social media content that will travel. You will be on the lookout for new channel and project opportunities, using your influence to take advantage of these and ensure Red Bull continues to grow its social media presence in the UK.

1. Drive the growth of Red Bull UK’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Strava, WhatsApp, and Spotify, along with culturally focused channels like Red Bull GMT and Red Bull Gaming Sphere.
2. Lead creative ideation and execution of innovative social-first content that connects with millions daily and reflects the pulse of UK culture—particularly within music, sport, and gaming.
3. Present bold social strategies to senior stakeholders, while also delivering hands-on content and campaigns that move fast, engage audiences and generate buzz.
4. Oversee external partners, agencies and any direct reports, ensuring best-in-class delivery and alignment with business goals.
5. Maintain high-quality output across all platforms. Act as a content quality gatekeeper and tone-of-voice guardian for the UK market.
6. Monitor emerging trends, channels and behaviours - translating them into actionable opportunities for Red Bull UK to stay ahead in culture and content.
7. Experience delivering millions of views across a high reach network of channels for a publisher, broadcaster, creator or content producer
8. Understand and explain what drives organic virality
