We're looking for a dedicated individual to join a supportive team, working closely with a pupil who benefits from a sensory-rich environment and consistent, nurturing support. This is a full-time, term-time only role, ideal for someone seeking meaningful work that makes a real difference.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting a pupil with complex needs in a 1:1 capacity
* Engaging in sensory-based activities and routines
* Promoting emotional regulation and communication
* Collaborating with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support
Requirements
* Have experience in SEN, care, early years, or similar settings
* Are patient, adaptable, and proactive
* Can commit to consistent hours during term time
* Are ready to start as soon as possible
* Already have or are willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
