We’re seeking a passionate and driven engineer to lead integration and validation efforts for new automotive technologies across our motorcycle range. This role involves developing test frameworks, managing project plans and resources, and ensuring cross-vehicle commonisation. Responsibilities include on-road and track testing, supporting workshop and manufacturing diagnostics, and contributing to the development of End of Line and End of Workshop tools.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage resources to review system requirements, create test specifications and cases for electrical systems, coordinate and support testing of EES features on bikes, publish integration point approvals with release notes, support development of EOW/EOL systems, analyse HIL and bike test data and reports, rework and update bikes for riding and test worthiness.
* Develop tools and methods for bike testing of electronic features.
* Support continuous process improvement for efficient resource scheduling.
* Agree project metrics with key stakeholders.
* Encourage and motivate project team members to accomplish assigned tasks.
* Ensure timely introduction of appropriate tools to support clear schedules and summary information to team leaders, function leads and project managers.
The ideal candidate will possess
* BEng or MEng in Technical subject with modules covering software planning and integration etc or equivalent and relevant experience.
* Proven experience in automotive, manufacturing or industrial environments.
* Strong proficiency with CAN tools (CANoe, CANalyzer) and diagnostic protocols, including reprogramming.
* Skilled in systems testing, validation and troubleshooting.
* Familiar with the full Systems Engineering lifecycle and V-model methodology.
* In-depth knowledge of CAN communication and EOL systems/processes.
Hours of work: 5-days per week / 39 hours per week.
