Offer description

Vyta Health group are looking for a detail‑oriented and digitally confident administrator to support both our Website and CRM. You will play a hands‑on role in keeping our ecommerce operations running smoothly — from getting products live on time to helping build emails and maintaining content across our websites.

This role based in Driffield, East Yorkshire is ideal for someone who enjoys varied, task‑driven work and wants to build practical experience across ecommerce, digital content, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce & Product Administration

* Manage the end‑to‑end product creation process from Pimberly to Shopify, ensuring products are published on time across our D2C, B2B, and Bodystore channels
* Further optimise product data and assets within Shopify, including brand images, videos, and product highlights
* Process product updates and amendments raised through Odoo tickets
* Maintain and update Loop subscription plans for new and discontinued products
* Create new collection pages within Shopify, including adding SEO copy and FAQs where appropriate
* Assist in building and updating key brand store pages

Digital Asset Management

* Optimise image and video assets for web use, including resizing, file format conversion, and compression using tools such as Canva and video compression software
* Ensure all assets meet platform and performance standards across our websites

Content & Email Support

* Use DeepL to translate product and email content for EU websites, ensuring consistency in tone and terminology with existing content
* Assist in the creation and management of email campaigns within Klaviyo

What We’re Looking For

* Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with product data and content
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and tickets at once
* A confident, methodical approach to computer‑based work
* Some familiarity with ecommerce or digital tools is an advantage — experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Odoo, or Pimberly is a bonus but not essential
* A willingness to learn new platforms and processes quickly
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Ability and desire to work with our core values
* Must be eligible to work in the UK.

What You Can Expect in Return

* Exposure to a wide range of ecommerce and digital marketing tools
* A supportive team environment with guidance from experienced managers
* The opportunity to grow your skills across web, content, and CRM
* Approachable, fun and friendly team culture.
* Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
* 25 days holiday a year plus bank holidays.
* Free on‑site parking.
* Comprehensive suite of financial and health‑related benefits designed to support your well‑being including a Workplace Pension, Group Life Assurance scheme, Group Income Protection, Private Medical Insurance and Health Cash Plan with Voluntary Dental Plan and discount off the products sold through our website.
* Competitive salary depending on experience and aligned with National Minimum Wage requirements.
