Job description As the Feedback and Information Officer you will be in a dual function role supporting the Feedback and Complaints Manager, and Information Governance Manager. You will be responsible for: * Supporting the feedback and complaints process, including managing the logging, assigning and tracking of responses from appropriate key staff. * Supporting the handling of information requests such as subject access requests, freedom of information, environmental information regulations and other information governance and data protection-related matters. We are looking for someone who has: * Knowledge and understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation, data protection and information governance best practice. * Excellent customer service and communication skills including written and verbal skills. * Ability to work within defined regulations and complex business processes. * Ability to manage and develop positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. * Ability to work under pressure and manage tight or conflicting deadlines if required. * The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.
