For more information, visit www.pepsico.com As Retail Media & Omnichannel Marketing Strategy Lead, you’ll lead the retail media and omnichannel marketing strategic roadmap across customers and channels, and in close partnership with TCP and eComm. This includes key focus areas: reporting and measurement roadmap, capabilities roadmap, online/ in-store cohesive planning. Ultimately, drive progress toward embedding omnichannel ways of working and digital media capability upskilling and ongoing retail media capability evolution. Responsibilities Upskill and support executional teams to implement a comprehensive omnichannel on-site, off-site, in-store retail media strategy, working towards a holistic planning and measurement of spend. This includes collaborating with internal teams (TCP, brand marketing, DX, eComm) to design and execute omnichannel e2e campaigns, and ensuring the integration of retail media initiatives with broader marketing and sales efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and media agencies to co-develop capability unlocks and strategic partnerships. Keep stakeholders and leadership informed, and feed progress and opportunities into T2T sessions and JMP negotiations. Deliver eCommerce thought leadership and upskilling within the omnichannel marketing team, ensuring digital thinking and tactical levers are embedded into WOW. Develop and own a holistic retail media test and learn agenda, feeding learnings into retail media best practices across customer marketing teams. Lead the Omnichannel measurement agenda, partnering with external partners (PlanApps), RMN measurement tools, and internal MMM team (ROIe) to cross-reference and optimise from actionable data. Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and strategic recommendations for future initiatives (cross-customer). Lead the digital agenda and act as BU point of contact for 3 Performance Marketing and Marketing Analyst colleagues in our GCC business, ensuring the team are prioritising effectively and delivering effectively for our eComm business. People management and coaching for direct report (Omnichannel Strategy Manager). Collaborate with sector and global teams to leverage existing best practices and share local markets experience to build global/sector knowledge and community Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in retail media and CPG marketing. Share learnings with relevant internal teams to drive education and upskilling across omni marketing and sales Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in retail media, performance marketing, e-commerce or a related field, preferably within the CPG industry. Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analytics tools and platforms. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital media strategies that drive sales and brand growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships, both internally and externally Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
