The Role
We’re seeking a talented D365 CE Support Analyst to join our expert team. You’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing their Dynamics 365 CE environment, working across a variety of industries and projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support for D365 CE solutions
* Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
* Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
* Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
* Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-910/920)
* Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps pipelines
