We are seeking someone to join the Consulting Technical Team with a particular focus on development and delivery of training across our Risk and Governance solution.

The Consulting Technical Team provides outstanding technical support to all our client facing teams across our six solutions, ensuring our people are equipped with the necessary resources and knowledge to deliver premium services.

We’re seeking an experienced internal auditor to take on atechnical trainer role focused on building capability across our internal audit teams. You’ll use your audit expertise to explain complex subjects in a clear and practical way, present with confidence and support consistent application of our audit methodology.

You’ll make an impact by:

1. Designing and delivering of blended learning programmes for auditors, both online and in-person.
2. Reviewing and refreshing internal audit training to keep them aligned with internal audit standards and our methodology
3. Translate internal audit methodology, quality review themes and business needs into practical learning.
4. Identify capability gaps across Risk and Governance teams and develop targeted interventions.
5. Work with technical specialists and senior leaders to create clear and consistent learning content.
6. Assess the effectiveness of the training programmes and make necessary improvements.
7. Use data insights to refine training content and improve learning outcomes.

8. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content.
9. CIA or ACA / CA qualified.
10. Strong internal audit experience with practical application of internal audit standards and methodology, and broad knowledge of governance, risk management and internal control.
11. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content.
12. Manage projects to ensure delivery of own work within agreed timeframes.
13. Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
14. Be a driving force in innovating and leveraging digital technology tools.
