Role Overview
Altroare currently looking for a Quality Technician to join our Manufacturing department based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. This is a permanent role working our night shift (Sunday to Thursday).
Responsibilities
The Quality Technician ensures our flooring products meet the highest quality standards at all stages of production and detect deviations early. They also verify that packaging specifications are adhered to, collaborate closely with the Production Manager and the Quality Manager, and monitor and maintain the measuring & testing equipment used in quality control.
Qualifications
You will have a technical qualification or relevant experience in quality assurance, with a strong understanding of quality control methods. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, along with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. You should be proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure to maintain high standards.
