Project Manager – Hampshire, Surrey & Sussex – High End Residential Projects £65k – £75k £5k Car Allowance / 3 days on site, 1 day in Hampshire office, 1 day at home Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with an established High End Residential Property Contractor to make the key appointment of Project Manager across Hampshire, Surrey & Sussex. Due to an impressive and sustained period of growth, my client is seeking a self-starting Project Manager with experience of High End Residential projects. Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for 2 key projects: £11m High End Residential Refurbishment / Repurpose project to a Grade II Listed Country Estate. £4m High End Residential Refurbishment / Repurpose project. Working closely with the Project Director and collaboratively with the Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors, the Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle from inception to completion/handover, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and budgets. Main Responsibilities: Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to avoid delays. Coordinate site logistics including deliveries, material handling, and storage. Develop and maintain detailed build programmes and integrate with overall project plan. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality assurance processes. About you: Have previously held a Project Manager position within the High End Residential sector Have experience of JCT / D&B forms of contract. Be proficient in the full Microsoft Office package.
