Are You the Right Fit?

The role of Multi-skilled Administration Officer is responsible for the day-to-day reception and administrative components of the different SWSLHD BreastScreen fixed and mobile sites and the implementation of policies and procedures at the site. The position will be highly client-focus orientated and work with other members of the team to meet the expectation of the clients who attend the site. This includes creating a welcoming and client-focus environment, managing the presentation of the site, and coordinating minor maintenance tasks. The role will be responsible for reception duties and working with the Administration Manager regarding client engagement, client feedback, and policy/procedure changes.

Selection Criteria

Being female is recognised as a genuine occupation qualification and is authorised under section 31(2h) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.
Proven administration/reception/telephone bookings/data entry experience in a high-volume customer health service setting. This includes demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal skills and fast and accurate data entry skills with high level of attention to details.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team and undertaking a variety of roles within the workplace to meet service requirements.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the issues affecting women from non-English speaking backgrounds.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
