My client, is seeking an experienced Complex Care Manager to lead a newly developed specialist unit within one of their 120 bed home in Warrington.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major turnaround project in a home that has undergone significant investment and transformation, with millions spent on modernisation, new technology, and enhanced compliance systems. This organisation has a strong track record of acquiring underperforming services and driving substantial improvements, backed by a dedicated quality and compliance team.
The Role
You will manage a specialist 11-bed community within a 120-bed home, supporting adults with complex care needs, including neurological conditions, early/specialist dementia, and mental health challenges. As the community grows, you will play a pivotal role in shaping its future and expanding capacity.
* Split role: 50% supernumerary management / 50% clinical leadership (moving to fully supernumerary as the community fills)
* Lead and support a highly skilled team delivering person-centred, specialist care
* Ensure the highest standards of clinical governance, quality, and compliance
* Work closely with senior management and audit teams to maintain and exceed regulatory standards
About You
We are looking for a passionate and driven leader who thrives in a hands-on role.
* NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or equivalent) – RMN preferred
* Significant experience in complex care (neurological, specialist dementia, or similar)
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a care team
* Resilient, proactive, and committed to driving high-quality outcomes
