The role
Our Pensions & Savings business has an ambitious vision to help customers and their families make the most of their money now and for their future. To drive forward our vision, we’re looking to recruit a lifecycle stage owner who will support the transformation of our retail intermediary journeys into a multi-channel segmented model responsive to their needs and actions.
Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you will define, agree and communicate a clear vision and target outcomes for the end to end intermediary journey. You will put intermediary needs at the heart, using data, experimentation and insight to deliver innovative experiences, communications and journeys that meet intermediary business needs and build trust and rapport.
You will help embed customer centric ways of working, developing strong relationships across our business and collaborating to deliver change with greater pace. You will work with product and service owners in our business to deliver a consistent experience and outcomes.
What are we looking for?
1. Experience of working in a customer experience design role, preferably within retail intermediaries or wealth management
2. Able to use internal and external insight to understand our customers’ perspectives and develop industry leading engagement initiatives in response
3. Proven experience of making significant contributions to cross-functional teams delivering enhancements to the customer experience and demonstrate your stakeholder management and relationship building skills
4. Ideally have experience of using CRM technology to activate the customer journey and experience
